CALL FOR SUBMISSIONS |
We are interested in obtaining digital images of Larissian facing head drachms or staters for inclusion
in our catalogues. Although we would like information on these coins (weight, provenance, etc.),
we will certainly consider images that have no accompanying information. We prefer images that
are of reasonable or better quality, and that depict coins that have a reasonable grade
(not exceptionally worn or flawed). We reserve the right not to include in our catalogues coins
that fail to meet these criteria.
Contributors will be informed of submissions that are included in our catalogues, including specific
catalogue designation(s) and link(s). This is a courtesy that we gladly extend in return for images and
information. However, we are not engaged in the service of attributing or evaluating Larissian facing head
coins. Only images used to expand our database will be formally ascribed and the designations shared with
the contributor.
We are also interested in obtaining further information regarding the coins already included in our database.
If you have any specifics regarding the provenance of such coins, or can offer any other insights, please don't
hesitate to contact us. We urge you to be certain regarding the accuracy of such information, and whenever
possible, we shall try to verify it.

All contributors are listed in the “Acknowledgments” section of this site. We will also be glad not to release
the name of a private contributor if he/she would like to remain anonymous. Such anonymity is guaranteed as part
of our respect for all our contributors.
Please note that the catalogue of Larissian Late Facing Heads is currently in preparation.
Individuals who contribute images for this catalogue will
receive our thanks and an indication of whether or not we will include their materials.
The specific catalogue designation(s) and link(s) will only follow once we put this catalogue in
final order.
