THE FACING HEAD COINS OF: SARMATIA, TYRA |
The facing head coins of Tyra feature the veiled head of Demeter, grain ears in hair. The reverse shows a bull butting left. Although these coins are not as sophisticated artistically as some issues from other regions, they are quite rare in market, with only a few appearing in the last few years.
