THE FACING HEAD COINS OF: CARIA, CNIDUS
The facing head coins of Cnidus feature the head of Apollo in the obverse, and the forepart of a lion in the reverse. These facing heads are more than a century later than those of the Carian dynasts, yet they appear somewhat primitive in comparison.

The dating follows SNG Keckman.
